Our shipping rates are for deliveries in the U.S. Orders shipped to Canada will be charged at international rates.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days for all items currently in stock. If there is a backorder status, we will notify you of any delays. You may change or cancel you order at any time.

All taxes, duties, brokerage fees and expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibility of the recipient.

If your order is incorrect, or if there is any initial problem with the product, contact us no more than 10 days from the date the product is received.
Returns and Refunds
Your website order may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. Refunds occur via the original payment processor when all ordered items are physically returned. Please contact us directly for return instructions prior to returning any product. Significant delays may otherwise occur.
The SELECTOOL – Master Sharpener is warranted against all manufacturer or material defects for the life of the product. If your product fails for any reason, contact us for specific information about the warranty claim process.
